EasyBiz at VivaTech
EasyBiz’s main goals for the conference were to show people how easy it can be to create a company in Luxembourg and manage it through the platform, and to connect with like-minded founders who, too, hate bureaucracy.
Starting a company can often feel overwhelming due to different legal requirements, administrative tasks, and accounting rules that can slow down ideas and the creative flow of a business owner and founder. EasyBiz solves that problem, helping you focus on the leadership side.
EasyBiz’s digital platform not only simplifies any company formation in Luxembourg but also, through automation, makes bookkeeping and accounting much easier.
One of the main beliefs of EasyBiz is that bureaucracy should never stand in the way of creating something meaningful, and that was the core belief at the booth. Daniil Kirikov, founder of EasyBiz, carried business cards with the message:
“Founder who hates bureaucracy. If you hate it too, let’s talk.”
Visitors remembered Daniil, smiled, and often came back later to continue the conversation, even asking how they could get in touch when he wasn’t at the booth.
This message captured the spirit of people’s presence at the conference: clear, bold, and focused on founders who want a better alternative to the traditional way of doing business.
EasyBiz spoke with hundreds of startup founders and investors who reached the booth, and many of them asked the same key questions:
- “Is it difficult to set up a business in Luxembourg?”
- “Can accounting be automated?”
- “Is there support for new businesses?”
EasyBiz representatives showed everyone how the platform provides a clear path through it all.
Representing Luxembourg together
The pavilion shared represented the country’s dedication to supporting entrepreneurship and innovation. Luxembourg is said to not only offer a place to launch but also provide a connected and supportive environment for founders aiming to scale across Europe.
The primary objectives of EasyBiz for the conference were to promote Luxembourg as an attractive business incorporation location, connect with other founders, establish new partnerships, and, of course, raise awareness of EasyBiz.
The founder of EasyBiz, Daniil Kirikov, personally showed the solution directly to Luxembourg’s Minister of the Economy and the President of the Chamber of Commerce.

Takeaways
One major takeaway to share with colleagues in startups is that clarity matters. At VivaTech, it was found that booths which had messaging that was easy to grasp at first glance were the most popular. They focused on being transparent, a bit funny and friendly, and it paid off. In such a crowded space, it’s important to stand out and be clear with your message.
